{% endif %} The performance begins at your entry time. You must arrive 15 minutes prior to ensure entry. Late entry will not be permitted. Entry is only permitted when the full party is present.

Complimentary coat check will be available once inside for your convenience.

Your name must match the name associated with the reservation. All guests must present a valid photo ID.

All performances will welcome guests aged 13+. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The runtime is approximately two hours. There is no intermission.

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served twice during the performance. Please let your server know if you prefer a non-alcoholic option.

HIDE YOUR FACE

A black, white, or silver mask is required for entry and must be worn at all times. Guests are encouraged to wear their own masquerade mask. We kindly ask you to choose a mask that sits close to the face and does not obstruct the view of those around you.
No LEDs, celebrity likenesses, Phantom masks, or political imagery are allowed.
If you do not provide your own, you will receive a complimentary, glasses-compatible mask at the door.

DRESS THE PART

Formal or elevated evening wear is encouraged, though not required. All guests’ attire should be black, white, silver or any combination thereof.
If you are unable to meet the dress code, a limited number of cloaks are available to borrow during your visit.
Please wear shoes and clothing that allow for comfortable movement. For your safety stilettos are not permitted.

HOUSE RULES

Photography and video are strictly prohibited. Phones must remain silent and out of sight.
Purses, bags, backpacks, outerwear, and all carried items will not be permitted inside and must be checked at the door.
For your convenience, we offer complimentary and mandatory bag and coat check.
No outside food or drink is allowed.
Tickets may not be resold and we are unable to honor any tickets purchased through unauthorized resale. If you are unable to attend, please contact our team at boxoffice@masqueradenyc.com for further assistance. Any guests with tickets purchased through resellers will be denied entry.

Masquerade is a journey including haze and strobe lights.
The venue has ADA accessible pathways throughout.
